About the Job:

JBK is seeking a highly motivated and skilled junior level Business Development Executive (BDE) with a total of 1 year of experience in the software industry to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
  • Identify potential leads and prospects through research and outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-up.
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns and social media campaigns to generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year & maximum 2 years in lead generation and sales in the service-based company only.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Familiarity & Experience with CRM tools.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
